1. What you are buying
A tune is a calibration file for a specific engine or transmission control unit, supplied by TuneZilla. This store is an authorised dealer. You are buying a licence to use that file on the single vehicle identified at the time of the order.
2. The discount
Every order carries a standard 10% discount on tune files. You may instead take three spins per order for the chance of a larger discount.
The highest of your three spins is your rolled figure. If it is higher than 10%, the rolled figure applies. If it is lower, the standard 10% applies. Spinning can never reduce your discount below the standard rate, and nothing is staked or lost by playing.

3. Delivery
Tune files are delivered by email to the address given at checkout, and the same links appear on your order page. Hardware is shipped separately and tracked. Delivery times for files are usually seconds but are not guaranteed.
4. Refunds
Tune files cannot be returned once delivered, because they cannot be un-delivered. Unused hardware in its original condition can be returned – contact us first.
5. Fitment and use
You are responsible for confirming that the vehicle, hardware and fuel match what the product page describes. Modified calibrations may affect your manufacturer warranty, your insurance and your vehicle’s compliance with local emissions law. Check before you buy.
