What we collect
To fulfil an order we take your name and email address. If your order contains hardware we also take a shipping address. Card details are typed into the secure payment window of Helcim, our payment processor, go straight to Helcim, and never touch our servers.
We store the vehicle you selected and the tune you bought, because that is what the file is licensed against.
The discount lock
When a discount is locked to an order we record it against that order, along with a browser cookie and the IP address the spins came from, so the same order cannot be spun again. That record expires after one month.
Who we share it with
Your vehicle and tune selection go to TuneZilla, who build the file. Your card payment goes to Helcim, who process it, and a PayPal payment to PayPal. Your shipping address goes to the carrier. Your email goes to the service that sends the delivery message. Nobody else.
How long we keep it
Order records are kept for as long as we are required to keep sales records. You can ask us to remove anything that is not part of that obligation.

Ask for a copy of what we hold, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted, through the contact page.
